Indian Creek

Indian Creek Village is one of the most elite islands in South Florida. The village is unique among similar-sized communities in having its own State of Florida sworn police force including its own 24/7 armed boat patrol around the island. According to the 2004 census, Indian Creek Village is the most protected and secure incorporated municipality in the United States. It is home to some of the most expensive real estate in Miami Dade County. The island is home to the Indian Creek Country Club which has one of the oldest clubhouses in South Florida and the club's golf course is widely considered to be one of the best courses and it occupies the entire interior of the island with a few waterfront holes.
