Klein Looking to Sell

Just Announced! Calvin Klein told the press that he would be selling 4452 North Bay Road, to move full time to LA. Klein made remarks concerning his not wanting to sell the property to just anyone and called Miami a "resort town", which angered members of the community in Miami, however from a real estate perspective, we could not agree more as to the timing of selling a home on Miami Beach. Klein owned 4452 North Bay Road since December 2005 and considering the lack of inventory, he stands to make a great deal on the sale of this waterfront home. It is 5,802 square feet on a 16,709 square foot lot with six bedrooms and six baths. The home boasts incredible views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay, that make the North Bay Road neighborhood famous. Homes in this neighborhood fetch prices well into the tens of millions of dollar range and celebrity neighbors have sold including Matt Damon and Ricky Martin.
The North Bay Road neighborhood is located on the west side of the barrier island of Miami Beach. Homes are both dry lots and waterfront lots in a variety of styles from modern to Mediterranean. The Miami International Airport, South Beach, Bal Harbour Shoppes, and the Design District are all minutes away.
