Ed Roberts founded Beachfront Realty, Inc. in 1995. And now, after almost 11 years Beachfront Realty is one of the fastest growing real estate companies in South Florida, with sales in 2006 of over 1.4 billion dollars. As of January 2006 there were over 1,350 agents signed on with Beachfront. Close to 400 agents signed on with Beachfront in 2005, alone. Even with its tremendous growth Beachfront has been and will continue to maintain a boutique feeling where agents know that they have full broker support, a well organized and productive atmosphere and best of all, always a 90% to 95% commission split.
In 2004 Beachfront Realty launched the Grand Opening of their brand new 4,500 square foot office, in Aventura, with other offices in Pembroke Pines and Miami Beach serving all of Greater Miami, Weston, Davie, Ft. Lauderdale and all of the surrounding areas. And, with the opening of the new office, Beachfront has added three valuable services to their already winning combination. They've added in-house title services through Market Title LLC, who are conveniently located at the Aventura location for easy access to the agents. In addition, Beachfront has an in house mortgage coordinator, again available for the agents to utilize, should they choose to. Beachfront's in-house marketing department has a full array of sales and marketing tools for all of the agents to utilize and build their businesses to the fullest potential. Included in the extensive marketing program is Beachfront's Presentation program. Due to the fact that Beachfront Realty employs almost more agents than any other privately owned real estate company in Florida developers and presenters of all services feel that they have a captive audience.

Taking full advantage of this, Beachfront hosts at least one presentation every week, covering topics from 1031 Exchanges, pre construction projects and new condo conversion laws to the MLS and sales training. Beachfront is now a company that offers not only a great commission structure for their agents, but also many tools and services that allow their agents to really excel in the market place.
